Not good for COVID! 91% too high needs diluted.
WARNING if you disinfect with this, studies show coronaviruses, like the one that causes COVID 19, will not die they will close the protection envelope up around them with alcohol mixes above 90%. So, you will want to dilute this a bit. 80% is really great doesn't evaporate too quickly and better than 70%.

I use it to de-ice spot of a long uphill gravel driveway in the winter. Mix a cup with a bucket of hot water and throw it over the ice patch. the Isopropyl will prevent refreezing as it melts the ice. average winter temp here is probably like 20F so might not work in colder places.
