under sink water filter replacement
Poor packaging for the weight of the product. First one never arrived, I was told I needed to go through USPS missing mail process (very unsatisfactory), USPS did not respond to me after all online paperwork was filled out. Had to contact Walmart customer service to get a refund on the one that never arrived. Ordered 11/27/24, missing 12/4/24, finally got a refund on 1/6/25...too much of my time and energy was wasted on someone else's sloppy packaging.
