nicholson / mexican made but seem good.

received files laying in contact with each other. i've seen bulk packaging where files were seperated w/ a mid wt. paper to prevent this rubbing contact. these files showed minor scuffing of teeth but not enough for concern in this instance. zoro should provide separaton in packaging.
