Easy Management Tool

I love this item! I bought a set for each teacher on my team. It is a quick way to silently reinforce a student's behavior. The kid's are excited about earning a green chip and turning them in for either tickets, coupons, or trips to the treasure chest. It doesn't take away from instruction and gets your point across about expectations. Thank you RGS!
