what i did like was the size! what i really didnt like was the fact that it really didnt cool down. my puppy is forever hot. so instead of always me freezing with leaving the ceiling fan on, i decided that i would get her this. my friend always raved about these. i laid it for my baby to lay on. she laid on it for 10 minutes and started panting like crazy. i thought no she's just scandalous. I put my arm on it, it was cool. After about 5 minutes my arm was warm. I took my arm off and checked with my other hand sure enough that spot was warm. I was really bummed out that it didnt work as well as I have been told about cooling pads. I guess that's why I've never been a big fan of ordering stuff like this online. If it sounds to good to be true, it probably is.

Don't know what I expected but was a little disappointed
