Easy lunch. My kid make this with an uncooked scrambled egg (the hot water cooks it along with the noodles). They've even added hard boiled eggs, shrimp, left over chicken, cilantro and make it their own work. The don't use the whole spice bag most of the time. These are easy, just as delicious as restaurant soups but a lot cheaper.

This one is not spicy, but I love the black garlic oil. It pairs very well with the pork flavor and the onion and garlic pieces in the bowl. add some eggs *chefs kiss* excellent mid-day meal if you ask me.
