Probably the best ramen broth
I tried this for the first time and was impressed by the flavor of the broth was terrific! I added some dried shiitake mushrooms and they were a good addition. These noodles are not fried, and I think I prefer a fried noodle (like in the nongshim tonkatsu). The died noodles are also round which is great— it’s the shape of a pan or bowl. Overall, the ramen was quite delicious.
