Natures Bounty the best vitamins.

I tried Swanson flaxseed oil and Puritans pride. I had Natures Bounty flaxseed for years, and it really made my skin feel softer, and it was a help to stop constipation from happening when I ate cheese and Tums, both things that can constipate you. Taking Flaxseed oil before eating those thing can help. Both those brands did nothing to help, only one that does what it's supposed to do is Natures Bounty brand. The other two did nothing.
