My 6yr old used to take the gummy version of the D3 K2 but her teeth are becoming sensitive, most likely loosening up to fall out so we switched to the liquid form. She doesn't like the taste but has found a great method of downing water immediately after I dispense the vitamin into her mouth. D3 is so great for overall health and K2 is important to transport calcium to the bones. I can trust MaryRuth ingredients.
