Turmeric Gold Blend

I had liquid turmeric and was adding it to my morning coffee I was adding pepper as it helps with absorption. When I ran out I searched again and came across this product. It is turmeric and has the pepper already added. The bonus is it also has ginger. My rheumatologist recommended turmeric for pain and inflammation. I've been taking this for a week now. I can also take it straight as it's delicious!

Decreases inflammation

As a person unable to take NSAIDs my physician recommended Tumeric for inflammation. This product I put the drops under my tongue in the morning and notice decrease in the pain in joints . I also take Tumeric in capsule form (less expensive) . The product has a good amount of Turmeric comparable to what my physician recommends daily.
