Effective

I have been using this probiotic for about 3 weeks. By about week two, my digestive comfort began improving to levels not seen for many years. I am very happy with this excellent formulation that contains three very resistant (spore forming) probiotic strains not found together in any other multi-strain formulas that I am aware of.

Just as good as the capsules

I recently ordered Youtheory Spore Probiotic Powder, when the capsule version was out of stock, and I'm happy to report that it works just as well. The powder is easy to use – I just dissolve it in water in the morning, and it dissolves well without any gritty texture. The effectiveness is on par with the capsule form; I've noticed the same improvements in my digestion and overall gut health. It's a great alternative if you have trouble swallowing capsules or if the capsules are unavailable.
