Book: "My Lobtomy"

This is a true story about a young man who survived a barbaric lobotomy engineered by a jealous stepmother. I worked at the Palo Alto VA hospital in the 1950s when they were doing lobotomys so it was awesome to read a first hand account of someone who actually survived and learned to function again.
