I APOLOGIZE TO ANYONE WHO THINKS THAT IS SILLY!! ! I AM 76 YEARS OLD AND I WAS IN COLLEGE WHEN I DISCOVERED THAT I AM A "VISUAL" LEARNER. It was a real chore to get it adjusted to fit me, but at least that only happens once. My biggest complaint is that it really is NOT an elastic nor stretch belt - which is what i really wanted %26 expected. So the belt just hangs there rather than adjusting to fit.
