This is a great product! I already had a different product from this company that I love, so I am a return customer. All positives for this company, quick and accurate service. Well constructed and sewn. I don't like fragrance, and although this is unscented it still has the smell of the natural ingredients when heated up, so I am wrapping it in a hand towel after taking it out of the microwave. (It's a good smell, not perfumey, but I take chemo)
