Concerned about the gray metallic residue on food
I really liked the cost of the pans and the fact that they included lids. They worked great for the pies that I sell for my business. The one problem that I found was that there was a gray metallic residue on the pans so when they stacked together they the gray metallic residue on my food. I'm concerned as to what that residue is. I want to buy this product again but I'm concerned that I will have the same issue.
