Robert of Lynn was doubtless the son of Robert of Charlestown, and that he would make the correction in his revision of the Genealogies and Estates, but death overtook him before he had accomplished it. One fact upon which he based his opinion was a deed dated 1709, in which the name of a grandson of Robert of Lynn occurs in connection with descendants of Robert of Charlestown.
