Chelsea fun for little girls

The outfit is cute and fun for my great niece to continue the family Barbie tradition. It is so difficult to find outfits for the Chelsea doll without having to buy a new doll. The only drawback, the slicker is not realistic--it is sheer like organza and not slicker waterproof material. Still, with the boots and umbrella it gets the idea across.
