Makes you look good...

This has made me semi-famous :-). I am relatively new to the pellet grill community and grilling in general. I follow a simple process along the lines of "Texas" style brisket and this rub is the key. My future son-in-law raved about my brisket. I thought he was just being nice; but he had me cook one for his buddies that travel all over the US and they said it was the best brisket bark they had ever had and just went on about it. I just cooked 125 pounds of brisket for my son's wedding with this rub and a few Pit Boss grills; ALL the guests that have raved about the brisket and I am just humbled and happy to have a Pit Boss and a rub that makes me look good :-)
