How to use the Waterpik Power Flosser With Flexible Nylon Tips, FLA-220:  
  • Position the flossing tip in the space between your teeth at the gumline. Push the ON button and move the flossing tip up and down against the surface of the teeth and below the gumline. For best results, change flosser tip after each use.
