I also needed a full size keyboard that is backlit and this fit that need. The build is also much tougher than other makers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am completely satisfied with the laptop so far. I have added 16GB of RAM and swapped SSD for a 2TB. In the beginning I had an issue with the touch pad: it had worked well in the beginning, then I finished all Windows updates and an issue emerged (the touch pad was randomly freezing/unresponsive), but then is was fixed and it works normally since then. I suppose it has disappeared after I have updated drivers on the Lenovo website.
