Bag had broken backpack handle

Although the item was expected to come used with cosmetic flaws, I didn't expect one of the backpack straps to be ripped to the point it was unusable for fear it would break. I reached out to the company through Walmart to see what they would/could do and got no response. Shipping was faster than expected so that was a plus - if only the bag were in better shape. funtctionally. It was actually quite clean and very good cosmetically!
