National Curry Powder is specially made by a panel of experts, using aromatic spices and the finest ingredients in exactly the right measure. It will enable you to cook delicious curry with ease that you and your loved ones can relish each day.
Ingredients:
1. Red Chilli
2. Coriander
3. Salt
4. Maltodextrin
5. Cumin Seed
6. Ginger
7. Garlic
8. Black Pepper
9. Turmeric
10. Green Cardamom
11. Cinnamon
12. Clove
13. Monosodium Glutamate
Steps of Cooking:
1. Fry thinly sliced onions (2 medium sized) in oil (1/2 cup) till golden brown. Add meat (1/2 kg), ginger & garlic paste (1 tbsp each), and fry for 5 minutes.
2. Add National Curry Powder (3 tbsp), yogurt (1/2 cup) and cook for a few minutes. Then add water and cook till meat is tender and the water has dried.
3. Add diced potatoes (2-3 medium sized) followed by water (1-2 cups) to the meat. Cover and cook on low flame till the potatoes are tender.
4. Add 2-3 whole green chillies and turn off the flame. Delicious National Curry is ready.
5. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve with bread or boiled rice.
