Had a very similar shoe {this same brand) prior to ordering this one. Was happy with it but due to its softness it didn't last as long as I thought it should. Ordered this one. Received a pair one-half size smaller. Walmart rep contacted seller to setup an exchange. Seller was supposed to contact me within 48 hours. Never did. After 5 days Walmart rep contacted seller again. Ended up with full credit, with no returning of shoes. Thanks Walmart Customer Service Reps!
