Terrific for squats

This stabilizes your knees while working the glutes.... great for any kind of squats, body weight or otherwise. You place it a couple of inches above your knees and will feel the difference the day after you first use it. Also, Walmart's price on this is about half of what you will pay if you get it on Amazon or directly from the maker.
