Good resistance for abduction exercise for my arthritic knees. My only complaint is that it wants to roll up and not lay flat around my legs which makes it feel more like a giant rubber band than a flat band

Great for Exercises/Physical Therapy for Seniors

To me, these are a must have for exercises/physical therapy for seniors. I put them around my ankles during standing leg kicks, which is an exercise I learned in physical therapy. A friend of mine learned the same exercises when she had physical therapy, but without the resistance bands. I gave her a set and she loved them too!
