Surprisingly comfortable to use

I hesitated before ordering the cyclotrainer because I couldn't imagine what it would be like to pedal from that angle. It turns out that for me, it's way more comfortable than a regular bike. I have a big belly and leaning forward on a bike to reach the handles can be difficult. This eliminates that issue entirely.

Cyclotrainer!!

I have been trying to take better care of my health. I used the Total Gym at least 4-5 times a week and I love it. I tried to incorrect running into my fitness and it absolutely killed one of my knees. Had horrible pain that would put me down for 2 weeks. I started hearing about the Cyclo Trainer on a FB group I belong to. I splurged and purchased it and I will say it's been an amazing addition to my workouts. Great thing is no knee pain. I ride 11-14 miles on level 4. It is such a great workout! My thighs burn. I'm hoping next week to increase my resistance. I highly recommend purchasing the Cyclotrainer!!

We've had it for several weeks now and my wife and I use it once every day for after our total gym fit workout and we have no problems with the unit. She uses level 7. I use 8. Great cardio.
