Black Flag® Flea & Tick Spray Plus Growth Regulator Home Treatment kills fleas, flea eggs, flea larvae and ticks indoors. Use it on carpets, upholstery, rugs and hard-to-reach places like baseboards and moldings. This formula contains Nylar® insect growth regulator to break the flea life cycle by preventing fleas from developing into biting adults for up to 7 months. It also controls carpet beetles and dust mites. When used as directed, this product will not stain furnishings or carpeting. Inspect the treatment area for fleas two weeks after the initial treatment and reapply if necessary. If ticks are present, spray directly to kill. For long-term flea control, apply 1 gallon per 750 square feet. Use as part of a comprehensive flea and tick treatment plan that includes coordinated treatment of the home, yard and pet. Treatment and prevention work together, so it's key to treat all three areas simultaneously. This integrated pest management approach involves inspection, cleaning and targeting eggs, larvae and adults with the appropriate insecticides. Follow-up treatments are almost always necessary.

Instructions
Shake well. Remove sticker. Open flip cap. Extend sprayer hose completely. Firmly insert black hose tip. Where to Use: Treats broad areas such as carpets, upholstery, rugs and hard-to-reach places such as baseboards and moldings. How Much to Use: One gallon treats 1,600 sq ft. Do not saturate. How Often to Use: Inspect area for fleas two weeks after initial treatment & reapply if necessary. Il ticks are present, spray directly on ticks to kill. Stop. Read entire label before use. Directions for Use: It is a violation of federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. Intended for indoor home use only. Do not use on pets. Do not allow people or pets to enter treated areas until spray has dried. Indoors: To kill fleas, thoroughly vacuum area to be treated. Adjust spray to create a fine spray. Treat carpeted areas and baseboards of hard-surfaced floors. Evenly apply a fine mist or spray to carpets, rugs, drapes and surfaces of upholstered furniture by using a wide, sweeping motion. Also spray floors underneath furniture, sofas, chairs and beds. Do not saturate surfaces. Treat or thoroughly wash pet bedding, a primary hiding place for fleas. Repeat as necessary. Do not spray humans or pets with this product. For long-term flea control, apply one gallon per 750 sq ft. To kill other crawling insects, including ants (Except fire and pharaoh ants), cockroaches, ticks, spiders (Except black widow and brown recluse spiders), silverfish and crickets, spray directly on pests. To kill carpet beetles, thoroughly spray along baseboards and edges of carpeting; under carpeting, rugs and furniture; in closets and on shelving; and wherever else insects are seen or suspected. To kill dust mites, thoroughly vacuum entire room, concentrating on areas where dust mites congregate such as headboards, walls, floors, carpeting and baseboards. Apply as a spot treatment to those areas. Note: Test inconspicuous sample of fabric or rug for staining before use. Check carpet manufacturer's warranty and care and maintenance information before using product on your specific brand of carpeting. How to Use: Before Use: 1. Shake well before each use. 2. Peel sticker from flip-top cap and open cap. Discard sticker. 3. Remove sprayer from its slot beneath the bottle handle and remove and discard plastic wrap. Pull black hose tip to completely extend tubing. 4. Firmly press black hose tip into opening in cap until it snaps into place. 5. Hold sprayer below the level of the container and prime by pumping trigger several times until product is dispensed. 6. Adjust nozzle to desired setting. After use: 7. To store, turn sprayer nozzle off. 8. Do not disconnect hose. 9. Return sprayer to its slot. Hose can be pushed back into sprayer handle. Storage and Disposal: Pesticide Storage: Store in cool, dry area away from heat or open flame. Pesticide Disposal and Container Handling: If Empty: Nonrefillable container. Do not reuse or refill this container. Place in trash or offer for recycling, if available. If partly filled: call your local solid waste agency for disposal instructions. Never place unused product down any indoor or outdoor drain.
