Order a Better made chair someplace else!
I feel certain that there was at least a year warranty when I purchased this chair during the 2021 Holiday season. It arrived in December. By May of 2022 the first Caster broke. Now I have two broken casters. The seating is made ok. However on a chair like this the Casters are KEY! With broken casters its hard to get up and down, and it also puts extra stress on the remaining casters. The handle to adjust the seat does not work at all!!
