I’m very pleased I bought this handle for my landmine training. Performing back rows gives my back muscles a whole different feel. Total engagement of all my back muscles, the bigger diameter handles helps with activating the back muscles. Super impressed with Titan’s equipment. Thanks!

Solid piece of equipment. Does exactly what it is supposed to. No the welds are not beautiful but who cares, price is right for what it does. I like the thick handles for the grip challenge but would also be interested in a thinner handle in the future.

Great Gym addition!
I got this item to try out Titan Fitness along with the Hex trap bar. let me tell you, these items are built to last! The quality is awesome on these things. I can tell they are made to last a lifetime, I thought the price was low for what I got. The item works great and I use it regularly. With all that's going on, I decided to part ways with my gym and beef up my home gym. Titan Fitness has great items that are essential for great workouts. Also, these items keep your workouts interesting so you're not stuck doing the same thing. I would recommend this item.
