Dynamic Tape, Black Tattoo, 3 inch X 16.4 feet, 1 Roll

See attached picture of the least of the scars (from the first reaction), the open wounds are too graphic to share. This is a GENEROUS 2 stars; the tape did help hold tendens/arm/shoulder BUT it caused skin reactions! I have used different but Similar products and NEVER have I had a reaction to adhesives like I did with this. I had purchased this tape at the recommendation of a Physical Therapist (while recovering from damage from a blood clot) and so I was under a Doctors care as well. This was ALWAYS applied by a professional. We had used other physio tape and I was told 'If there is ANY discomfort, discontinue use.' I had NO Problems. Then they said a stronger tape would be MORE Benificial than the tapes they had, they recommended this tape brand. The first time we used this, I was given the same warning. The DAY AFTER, the places the tape had been placed, was blistered and open! I had removed the tape the same day, after 12 hours, and the next morning my arm/shoulder/chest/back was tore up, blistered, open and burning! I talked to PT, they said I shouldn't wear it for 24 hours. I DIDN'T. The next time, after I healed, we tried it again, this time I was told to remove it after 8 hours (my shoulder/arm felt supported using it), but NOT even 8 hours later, my skin broke out WORSE than the first time. It has been 4 weeks and I still have HEALING WOUNDS along with scarring from the 2 reactions. NEVER in my Life (10+ Surgeries and countless I.V.'S) have I EVER had a reaction to tapes/adhesives. I can't even return this, I can't give it away, because who wants somebody eles's open physio tape? Since I reacted to it, I wouldn't give it away anyway because I wouldn't want anyone to have the scars or pain I dealt with.
