Toggle Dog Collar

Nice to not have to put this over my dog's head; definitely makes the dog happier! Toggle slides into ring easily. Herm Sprenger welds on the ring are smooth; chain is smooth and doesn't seem to catch his hair. We always buy Herm Sprenger collars since they are well-made and very sturdy.
