Ithaca Walmart is the worst!

The tires look nice,haven't drove on them yet, because Ithaca Walmart refused to put them on my car. So, I had to wait 3 1/2 hrs for them to take my old tires off thr rims I had to carry in, and put new tires on. Then they charged me for rotation and balance on tires they told me they would not rotate!😡 This is the worst service I have ever had anywhere!
