Good size. Have only used in freezer for cold therapy not hot, but like how there is a fabric side that goes against skin. Also fits nicely in the back of a sports bra if your upper back is hurting which is why I bought these. Also, think the brand name is humorous because they almost look like those pre-filled coffee filters that you would see in a hotel room.
