Just what I needed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was looking everywhere to get this butcher paper. Was tired of asking my butcher for extra paper when buying my brisket. This has come in handy many times now when I'm smoking my brisket and chicken. Helps to keep all the moisture in.

A Nice Alternative

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this butcher paper! I used to smoke my meats in aluminum foil until a friend of mine told me about butcher paper. My ribs came out super juicy and flavorful. I'm pretty sure that the smokiness is more present in the flavor. I also love the print on the paper. I'm going to continue using the butcher paper method and leave the foil in the past.
