Fairly easy to assemble by myself. The instructions are not that clear, but not difficult to figure out. It is heavy to move around but will tip over with strong wind gusts. I will be filling both sand bags so hopefully that will solve that issue. It covers our play area for the grandchildren perfectly. I love that it tilts and can be tied up closed when not in use.
