Poorly made and delivered

The details said "Cake topper comes with a cardboard packaging for maximum protection"! It was in a piece of cardboard in an envelope and it arrived BROKEN!! Then when I took it out of the packaging, the back is scratched and looks so cheap not even worth$1. So disappointing because I wanted it for my son's wedding cake. Now I don't have time to order another one :(
