We were so excited to get our rocking base for our old school strider (going on 8 years old). Sadly, we couldn't for the life of us get it mounted. I was planning on returning it and wrote a quick review about how it didn't seem to work with the older models. Jenn reached out and had me take pictures to troubleshoot. Turns out the old wheels are indeed incompatible (thank goodness, since I know I have limited technical skills but felt I could totally handle this!). She promptly fedex-ed new wheels. Not only do they work with the old bike, but it turns out installing the bike on the rocker is a total breeze. I loved strider before but the customer service cemented that love through and through. Thanks Jenn and thanks Strider! Also, little babe thinks it's pretty rad!
