Amazing desk - amazing company

I bought this desk in November 2022 and I have been extremely happy with it. It raises high enough for me to use my walking pad under, and lowers to the perfect ergonomic height. In April 2025, I started getting an error message on my control panel (ER3) and the desk would no longer raise or lower. After some googling and troubleshooting, I couldn't fix it. I reached out to the Customer Service team directly from this website and let me tell you - this has been the best customer service experience in my life. They were extremely quick to respond. They asked for details of my control panel so they could send me the right troubleshooting guidance. Once I tried and it didn't solve it, they asked for my address to mail me a replacement motor completely free of charge. They sent it via FedEx and three days later I had it! They also emailed me instructions how to replace the motor which was VERY helpful and easy to follow. After installing the new motor, my desk works perfectly again! I am an extremely satisfied customer with this company. My spouse even bought himself one of these desks for his home office. Hopefully this desk lasts me a lifetime but if I ever need to get another one, I will definitely be a return customer. Vivo desks is a great company and they truly care about their customers. 15/5 stars!
