Great bike but a 36v might be better for your kid

Bought this for my 7 year old for Christmas. He is 70 lbs and almost 53 inches in height. The bike almost looks small for him, but maybe that's how it's supposed to be. He immediately wanted to be switched to the faster mode and mastered it instantly. It's a great bike, but my adventurous little guy would have much preferred a faster 36 volt bike. (The neighbor boys got a 36 volt Jetson bike from Sam's for Xmas and that one looks about the same size wise but goes much faster — though those kids also 20lbs lighter than my boy). All of that to say, I have no complaints about the Razor product itself, it's great. I just think this wasn't the right product for my guy. Currently googling a faster model. Will save this one for our 3 year old (looks like you can buy training wheels to add on).
