Nice half slip for a long formal gown

I am a size 2x, but I ordered a 3x to make sure it was comfortable for a wedding plus reception. The small elastic band was slightly tight, but I stretched it with my hands and then it felt comfortable. I would recommend one size higher if clothing around your waist bothers you. They call it shapewear, but it was not tight anywhere else. It has a slit on one side. The fabric is very nice, normal nylon slip material. The lace at the bottom is soft, not itchy. I ordered a 30" length, and it hit just above my shins. I'm 5'3". I didn't want it much longer than that in case it would show if I raised my arms. The shipment came in five days, two days earlier than promised. I was very satisfied with this product.
