Great potential but very flawed!

Dislikes: No contact info for manufacturer in the literature Amazon has no contact info for manufacturer. How does that happen??? No tech support available The literature provided is useless; the QR code and website address for the app don't work! I spent 3 hours searching the web before finding a site that I could download the app from! After installing the app on my phone I'm able to view and record video but the camera won't maintain a connection with my WIFI. The router is only about 15 feet from the camera. I have other cameras that are up to 150 feet away and they never lose connection. If I connect using the WIFI signal generated by the camera, I can view live and recorded video but can't export the recorded files because the camera WIFI doesn't connect to the internet. If I want to save a video file to my PC, I have to pull the memory card from the camera and pull the file from the card.
