Compression socks are specially made, snug-fitting, stretchy socks that gently squeeze your leg. Knee-highgraduated compression is engineered to have more pressure at your ankle and decreasing pressure as the sock moves up your leg. Compression socks gently squeeze your legs to help promote blood flow from the veins in your legs back toward the heart.
How to wear compression socks:
Once your socks are on, smooth them out so they lie flat against your skin. Avoid bunching. Make sure the socks are not too long as they should hit right below the knee, a distance of approximately two fingers. Do not fold or roll the tops down since it could make the socks too tight and restrict blood flow.
