My new favorite liner!!

This eyeliner is my new favorite! I absolutely love the paintbrush like tip! You can turn it and have a thin line or you can slightly turn it a little more and have a thicker line. The liquid is buildable to achieve a darker line. And it dries quickly! Definitely do your eye makeup first before the rest of your makeup because this eyeliner will not budge!! I messed up and had to take makeup remover to clean it up. And it was crumbly. But easy to take off. Other than that I did feel like it tightened up on my eyes if that makes sense? It is waterproof so I was happy knowing my liner wasn't smudging! Especially in this HOT weather!! Also the packaging is very simple and comfortable to hold. Definitely is now my #1 liner! Thank y'all so very much for sending this to me!

AlthoughThe Breakup Proof Wing Out Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner have a short drying time and water resistance you can remove it easily not waste a lot of time if you need. In addtion the packing quality helps me to give my friends as a present in their birthday.

Precision is amazing!

This liquid liner is so useful! First of all I wasn't a cat eye girl until I tried this ultra noir liner. The application process is so easy by using it as a pen. It dries really quickly and it doesn't smudge throughout the day but its also very easy to remove with a cleansing balm or micellar water. The packaging is so luxurious as well with the very unique shape that helps to create the perfect wing!
