my husband's podiatrist recommended these pads. He was having so much trouble with a couple places on the bottom of his foot that was causing so much pain for him when he tried to walk. After his doctor applied one of these to the bottom of his foot (over the sore spot), he has been able to walk without pain, so I purchased these pads to have on hand at all times. The adhesive sticks well but when you put socks %26 shoes on over them, they do partially come loose so I put a large bandaid over them to hold in place and that did help.

My 96 year old mom has a corn on the side of her foot, just below the little toe. These pads give great support and seem to stick well so far. We have only used a couple or I would give a more detailed review. They're a bit pricey, but it is a bag of 24 so....

I have a painful callus on the ball of my foot as the result of bungled podiatry surgery. The metatarsal bone dropped and I developed the callus after that. The Zentoes help in keeping pressure off that callus when I am walking.
