Great Way to Get Vitamins In

My two sons have enjoyed Carnation Breakfast Essentials for at least 15 years. I've recently started drinking one a day and they're pretty great. I do wish they had a little less sugar but I prefer it over artificial sweetener. I cannot stand the aftertaste of artificial sweetener. They're not gritty at all either. Perfectly smooth like chocolate milk.

Lower cost option for protein drink. Doable

Protein drinks/shakes have skyrocketed in price. It's crazy how expensive any traditional vanilla protein drinks can be!! These Carnation drinks offer an affordable alternative. The only thing that is lacking is the protein content. On the low side so it doesn't completely hit the mark, Although, if you're not looking to spend $20-30 this is a choice worthy of consideration.
