Defective item not replaced 5 days after delivery.

One bed was ok. The second bed has one item which is 1” shorter than required. I wrote about a defective item to Walmart. Till now-5 days later- I don't have a response from manufacturer. I can't use the bed and it is unclear when I will obtain the item.
