I had found this at a health food store on the West coast years ago and really liked it. I hadn't come across it except online at walmart recently. It helps fine hair have volume, is refreshing, tingles, and smells invigorating in addition to stimulates your scalp too. It seems concentrated to me, so keep this in mind and measure accordingly however as a little goes a long way.
