Love that both vitamins are included. Only critique is that I've heard zinc and magnesium are also important for absorption of D3 and K2. Would be great I'd all fours were together. BUT. Still am a fan of this product and would recommend. Especially since it eliminates taking two pills.

All good so far
So far, I am very pleased with the quality of the supplements so I haven't been taking them long enough to know the benefits. I just know that we need D3 and K2 goes along with it, and I feel like I am doing myself a favor by taking it every day. Thank you for a good quality supplement in easy to take capsules
