First Kristel from customer service helped in the inability to identify product process from the factory to me. Her response was surprisingly very quick in comparison to other companies customer service. When product arrived and had issues with VAT in Greece her response was again very quick and my request was accepted so quickly that impressed me. I can't be more thankful for all this support that you showed me. I only wish you could ship to Cyprus that I live because it would make it easier to tell everyone around me about UAG and its products.

I find that this case does the job and looks good. Raised edges and protection in pertinent areas. Allows for wireless charging. At times it feel a little bulky but it feel comfortable in my hands. My only complaint is the buttons can sometimes need force to press.

The case is slim and well made, the fit is perfect as you would expect from UAG but I find the buttons to be too stiff. They are super hard to press but apart from that, it is a nice case.
