These are thin and seem to compress (and stay compressed) after a very short amount of time. Also, both sides are smooth, which will absolutely stick to your bare feet or damp socks. More time than necessary was spent shoving them back into mu shoes because they kept sticking to my feet. It's definitely worth it to spend a bit more money for better quality.
